Everything you need to know

An Adult Foster Care home is a licensed residential setting that provides room, board, 24-hour supervision, protection, and personal care to adults who need daily support. Angie Home Care AFC is a licensed Michigan AFC home for up to six residents, offering non-medical care in a warm, family-style environment.
We serve adults 18 and older — including older adults, adults with physical or developmental disabilities, individuals with mental health needs, people recovering from illness or surgery, and those with chronic conditions whose needs can be safely met in a licensed Michigan Adult Foster Care home.
Adult foster care is a smaller, home-based alternative to large facilities. Instead of an institutional setting, residents live in a real six-person home with caregivers who share the household. It's non-medical care focused on supervision, personal care, and daily living — a more personal, family-style option.
Costs depend on each resident's needs and length of stay. We'll walk you through pricing and payment options during your tour or a phone call so there are no surprises. Call 616-304-2862 to talk through the details.
Our care includes 24-hour supervision; personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility); medication reminders and assistance per physician orders; three home-cooked meals a day; housekeeping and laundry; social and recreational activities; transportation for appointments and outings; and ongoing family communication.
Our caregivers provide medication reminders and assistance with medication administration in accordance with each resident's physician orders and Michigan Adult Foster Care licensing requirements. We are a non-medical provider and do not offer nursing or medical treatment.
